Social Impact Survey
Huber Social partners with organisations to measure and enhance wellbeing. Anglican Action has collaborated with Huber Social to develop a survey that measures the impact of our mahi with the tangata whaiora we support. As key workers, you will administer this survey, ensuring the data is collected ethically and accurately. To achieve the best and least biased results, there are key guidelines to follow throughout the process. Below are the steps and considerations for administering the survey and upholding these ethical standards.
Step-by-Step Guide for Administering the Huber Social Wellbeing Survey to Tangata Whaiora
1. Review Ethical Data Collection Principles
Begin by reading through the Ethical Data Collection document to ensure you fully understand the principles. If you have any questions, reach out to your team leader for clarification.
2. Prepare for Survey Administration
When ready to conduct the survey with your tangata whaiora, if you are using your work laptop, ensure the notifications are turned off to avoid distractions and protect privacy.
3. Terms and Client Number
Once the tangata whaiora has read and accepted the terms and conditions, proceed to the survey. They will need to enter their client number, which can be found under their name on the dashboard in Noted. Best to write this down before you set up the survey.
4. Record Completion and Set Reminder
After the survey is completed, make a record in Noted to document it. Additionally, set a reminder for 3 months to follow up and administer the survey again.
